Use of this site

The High Point Dobermans website provides information about our dogs, our program, and how to apply for a puppy. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding contract, guarantee, or commitment to place a puppy with you. The binding documents — purchase agreement, health guarantee — are provided separately to each buyer before any deposit is taken.

We do our best to keep information current and accurate, but details like litter timing, availability, and pricing can change. For current status, reach out directly — we'd rather you go with the conversation than a page that may be a few days behind.

Deposits and payments

All deposits and payments are processed through Stripe — a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. We do not accept gift cards, wire transfers, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash for any purpose.

The deposit amount is $500 [PLACEHOLDER] and is applied toward the final purchase price. Refund terms are set out in plain English in your written purchase agreement and are shared before any deposit is requested. We do not take non-refundable deposits without your explicit written acknowledgment of the terms.

Stripe only — never gift cards or wire transfers. If anyone asks you to pay another way in our name, do not pay and contact us immediately.

Health guarantee

Every puppy from High Point Dobermans leaves with a written health guarantee. The binding terms are in that signed document, not on this page. The guarantee covers life-threatening congenital and hereditary conditions for 2 years [PLACEHOLDER] from the puppy's go-home date, subject to the conditions set out in the contract (annual exam, vaccines, keeping us informed).

Intellectual property

All photos, illustrations, brand artwork, and written content on this site are the property of High Point Dobermans. You may share links; please don't reproduce photos or copy text without permission. The hand-drawn brand illustrations are commissioned originals.

Disclaimer

Information on this site (breed characteristics, health information, temperament descriptions) is based on our experience and is provided in good faith. Every dog is an individual. We make no guarantee that any specific outcome — temperament, show performance, working ability — will apply to a given puppy.

Dispute resolution
